These Terms of Service govern your use of the Monomi Custom Embroidery website and the purchase of our personalised embroidery products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders
All personalised embroidery is made according to the information you provide. Please carefully check names, dates, spelling, colours and any other details before confirming your order.
2. Quotes & Payment
Quotes are provided before production begins. Full payment may be required before your order enters production.
3. Design Approval
Where a design preview is supplied, production begins only after your approval. Once approved, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
4. Production Time
Production times vary depending on the product and current workload. Estimated production times are provided during the ordering process but may occasionally change.
5. Shipping
We ship throughout Australia and New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are outside our control once your order has been dispatched.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, website content, photographs, logos and embroidery designs created by Monomi Custom Embroidery remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
We take great care to produce high-quality products. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian law.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
